TEFF, originally and entirely used in Ethiopia for local Injera bread, is a cereal with very small grains, comparable to poppy seeds.
From these seeds a gluten-free flour is obtained.

TEFF is a superfood high in FBRE. Source of protein, manganese, iron and calcium.
