Arabic gum

A wonderful raw material, a natural gummy exudate, a hydrocolloid, known as Acacia gum as it is extracted from two species of sub-Saharan Acacia: Acacia Senegal and Acacia Seyal.
It is a product that comes from sub-Saharan Africa; the "Gum belt", so defined,
outlines the cultivation areas from Ethiopia to Senegal.

This is done twice a year. (October and February-March).
